Professor of Management

As a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Medi-Caps University, you will be required to meet the following educational qualifications and experience: You should be an eminent scholar with a Ph.D. qualification in the Management discipline and a track record of high-quality published work. You must be actively involved in research with evidence of at least 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. Additionally, you should have a minimum of ten years of teaching experience in a university/college setting, or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries. It is essential to have experience in guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level. Your role will also involve contributing to educational innovation, designing new curricula and courses, and utilizing technology for teaching and learning processes. You will be expected to meet the minimum score requirements as specified in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), in accordance with UGC guidelines. Alternatively, you may qualify for the position if you are an outstanding professional with a recognized reputation in the relevant field of Management. Your significant contributions to knowledge in the Management discipline should be supported by credentials and achievements in the field.,
