Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English language and literature.
• Guide research scholars and supervise Ph.D./M.Phil. dissertations.
• Design curriculum and contribute to academic planning and quality enhancement.
• Participate in academic committees, student mentoring, and co-curricular activities.
• Publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals and present at national/international conferences.
• Assist in departmental administration and collaborate with fellow faculty on inter-disciplinary initiatives.
• Stay updated with current developments in the field of English studies.
