Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor in Electronics Engineering located in Roorkee. The Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging academic lectures, developing quality course materials, and evaluating student progress. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting research, publishing findings in reputable journals, and contributing to curriculum development. Participation in institutional development activities and academic events is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Electronics Engineering concepts such as circuits, analog electronics, digital systems, and electromagnetic theory.
• Experience in teaching and designing academic courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Advanced understanding of research techniques and publication standards, with a track record of contributing to peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Skilled in educational technology tools, classroom management, and effective student engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey academic and technical concepts.
• Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or closely related field (essential). A Master's degree with teaching experience may also be considered.
• Desirable qualifications include experience with developing industry collaborations and securing research grants.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse academic environment.
