Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA Professor & Head of Department at the RIT Roorkee located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The MBA Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, creating academic curriculum, designing and conducting assessments, and mentoring students for academic and professional growth. The role further involves conducting research, including publishing in reputable journals, and contributing to institutional development projects.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching expertise in management domains and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lectures.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to conduct impactful studies and publish results.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to provide insights that enhance academic and institutional performance.
• Advanced knowledge of business concepts and trends, combined with leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management or a related field from a reputed institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry experience and teaching certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
