Professor - Marketing

The Faculty of Business at FLAME University is inviting applications from highly research-active candidates for full-time positions in Marketing. FLAME University, located in Pune, India, is a pioneer of liberal education in the country. The Faculty of Business focuses on interdisciplinary research and teaching, with strengths in Entrepreneurship, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations & Analytics. We welcome applicants from any area of Marketing, but we are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in areas such as Services Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Luxury Branding, New Products Development, User Experience and User Interface for Product Development, Integrated Marketing Communication, Consumer and Marketing Analytics, among others. Candidates at all levels (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those with a blend of academic and industry experience. Faculty responsibilities include teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. is mandatory at the time of application. Successful applicants will be expected to undertake independent high-quality research, collaborate with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community, translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs, and policies, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching.
