• Minimum 10 years of post-PG teaching/clinical/academic experience

Compensation

• Basic Salary:

  ₹45,000/month

• Experience Pay:

  ₹2,000/year for every year beyond 10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Mentorship

   – Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs.

2. Student Development

   – Supervise research, mentor junior faculty, and guide students’ academic and clinical growth.

3. Research Excellence

   – Conduct independent and collaborative research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present at conferences.

4. Curriculum Innovation

   – Lead program planning, curriculum development, and academic review initiatives.

5. Institutional Contribution

   – Actively serve on academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.

6. Research Funding

   – Engage in grant writing, secure funding, and manage sponsored research projects.

7. Industry Collaboration

   – Build partnerships with healthcare organizations for clinical placements and professional development.

8. Quality & Compliance

   – Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards while engaging with professional nursing bodies.
