The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and research background and be committed to delivering high-quality education to students from an undergraduate background.Key Responsibilities:-
  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmaceutical Sciences with innovative and effective pedagogy.
  • Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
  • Develop and design curriculum to ensure academic excellence and industry relevance.
  • Guide research scholars (Ph.D. candidates) and contribute to the university's research objectives.
  • Publish high-quality research papers in reputed journals and present at national/international conferences.
  • Actively participate in departmental and university-level academic and administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with industry, research institutions, and academic bodies for joint research and development initiatives.
Qualifications :-
  • Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a relevant specialization.
  • B.Pharm & M.Pharm from a recognized university with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) registration.
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in a university or academic institution as per UGC/PCI norms.
  • Proven record of high-impact research publications and funded projects.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
