As an individual applying for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: - Utilize analytical skills to compare and prepare commercial/technical synopsis efficiently. - Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Gain experience in interfacing with SAP, p-first system, and MS Excel. - Support the team in completing time-bound sourcing activities. - Document and store information for future retrieval. - Interact with suppliers/service providers and monitor the phase-wise completion of activities. - Alert the team about any issues arising from non-adherence to timelines or prescribed process steps. Key Responsibilities: - Possess multitasking abilities and maintain a quick response time. - Adapt to and thrive in a high-demanding work environment. - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Basic understanding of imports/exports, purchase processes, and vendor engagement is advantageous.
