Professional Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, and test hardware and software systems based on client requirements.

- Implement network and infrastructure solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project implementations.

- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges.

- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related problems.

- Provide 24x7 technical support to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and rapid issue resolution.

- Plan, organize, and execute service engagements within defined timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Prepare post-project reports and recommendations.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on deployed solutions.

- Provide internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and system integration.

- Proficiency in technologies such as cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and virtualization.

- Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service

- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

- Experience managing technical projects from inception to completion.

- Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed documentation.
