Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead planning and documentation initiatives across our technology portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive program strategies, maintaining detailed project documentation, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and strategic plans
Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions with stakeholders across.
Align technology initiatives with broader JLL corporate strategy and market opportunities
Facilitate quarterly and annual planning cycles
Documentation ManagementEstablish and maintain documentation standards and governance frameworks
Oversee creation of technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation
Ensure compliance with JLL's documentation policies and industry standards
Implement version control and document lifecycle management processes
Program CoordinationLead planning for complex, multi-workstream technology programs
Coordinate dependencies and resource allocation across multiple project teams
Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
Drive continuous improvement in planning and documentation processes
Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and business stakeholders
Present planning updates to executive leadership
Manage expectations and communicate program status across all levels
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
5+ years of program management experience in technology environments
Strong experience with planning tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
Proven track record in technical documentation and process improvement
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
Experience in real estate technology.
Skills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in collaboration and documentation platforms
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
