Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate complex projects while maintaining JLL's standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution
Lead end-to-end project management for corporate real estate initiatives including relocations, expansions, consolidations, and workplace transformations
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Client Management
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project requirements
Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and senior management
Financial Management
Develop and manage project budgets.
Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Collaborate with JLL service lines including Leasing, Property Management, and Capital Markets
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
7- 8 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate or construction
PMP certification preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with financial modeling and budget management
Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and workplace design
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Client-focused mindset with ability to build relationships
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environment
Preferred QualificationsExperience with corporate workplace strategy and change management
Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles in real estate
Previous experience in consulting or professional services environment
