Project Lead
Project and Development Services – (Chennai / India)What this job involves:Standing at the forefront of project deliveryAs the person in charge, you’ll assemble and lead various project teams, and establisheffective organisational structure and working procedures for the teams. This role demandsefficient project management skills, which you’ll exhibit by identifying the projects’objectives and allotting sufficient budget, to achieve optimal results and meet thecompany’s target profits.Likewise, you’ll be in charge of managing and monitoring the different stages of theprojects—from their pre-design phase up to their completion. Furthermore, your proventrack record in project management will come in handy, as you’ll be in charge of facilitatingnegotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities.Creating lasting client relationshipsThis role asks the question “How can I contribute even more to the company’s growth?”You’ll do this by establishing strong business relationships with our clients. To buildlasting connection with our clients, you’ll identify and work around their needs andconstraints. You’ll also represent their interests effectively throughout the whole projectduration.
