Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

BOM Management:
Develop, validate, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for serviceable products and parts.
Spare Parts Planning:
Forecast and plan spare parts requirements to support uninterrupted operations and service schedules.
OSS Planning (On-Site Support):
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for on-site support activities, ensuring proper planning and resource allocation.
Material Transfer Management:
Handle the transfer of parts and materials across locations or departments with accurate documentation.
Retrofit Coordination:
Plan and manage retrofit projects for products/equipment based on performance or compliance needs.
Calibration Management:
Schedule and track calibration of tools and instruments, maintaining compliance with industry and quality standards.
Repair Management:
Lead and support repair and rework activities, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
Manage warehouse operations, stock levels, and logistics to ensure accuracy and timely availability of materials.
Scrap Planning:
Identify and document scrapped materials, minimizing wastage and improving inventory control processes.
