Key Responsibilities

  • Use and manage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to improve teamwork, processes, and collaboration.
  • Act as a

    technical expert and advocate

    for Atlassian products, helping teams design and implement solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create quick solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Ensure consistent governance, standards, and best practices in using Atlassian tools.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology teams to promote proper and effective tool usage.
  • Provide expert advice on

    Jira and Confluence

    setup, permissions, and site management.
  • Create learning materials and training sessions to boost user adoption and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in

    Atlassian tools, Microsoft products, and AI

  • Develop and maintain Jira solutions based on agreed requirements and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Atlassian-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support modern, data-driven ways of working that enhance user experience.
  • Work within a collaborative, self-managed team to find and implement the best solutions.
  • Ensure all activities follow

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in

    Atlassian administration and development

    configuring, maintaining, and customizing Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of

    workflows, automation, and integrations

    with other systems.
  • Knowledge of

    Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other SaaS productivity tools

    .
  • Experience in

    project/change management

    and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.,

    Atlassian Certified Professional

    ) preferred.
  • Familiarity with

    Agile

    and

    IT Service Management (ITSM)

    frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — able to train and guide users.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
