Production Worker /Electronics Assembler

The Electronics Assembler is responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting electronic components and mobile device parts according to company standards and production guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently on an assembly line.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, mobile parts, and circuit boards as per work instructions.
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform soldering, wiring, and component installation when required.
• Conduct visual inspection of assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify defective components and report issues to the supervisor or quality team.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent work quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Complete documentation and logs for production activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electronic components (training can be provided).
• Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on assembly lines or in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in electronics manufacturing.
• Prior experience in electronics or mobile assembly (preferred but not required).

Education

• High school diploma / ITI / vocational training in electronics (preferred).
• Freshers with interest in electronics assembly are also eligible.

Work Environment

• Factory or production line setting.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Use of tools, microscopes, soldering equipment (as applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,261.50 - ₹14,000.00 per month
