PRODUCTION SUPPORT

In this role as a Production Support (L1 & L2 Support) in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai, you will have complete ownership of L1 and L2 support tasks. Your responsibilities will include checking and analyzing transactions and logs, as well as device settlements. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting DR/drill activities from an application services perspective and ensuring that all SLA requirements are successfully met. Key Responsibilities: - Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support - Checking and analyzing transactions and logs, and device settlements - Supporting DR/drill activities from an application services standpoint - Ensuring all SLA requirements are met Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers - ITIL certification will be preferred Experience in the following technical skills is necessary: - Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C - Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology,
