PRODUCTION SUPPORT (L1 & L2 SUPPORT)

As a Production Support (L1 & L2 Support) in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai, your main role will be to provide complete ownership of L1 and L2 support. This includes checking and analyzing transactions and logs, as well as device settlements. You will also be responsible for supporting DR/drill activities from an application services standpoint and ensuring that all SLA requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Provide complete ownership of L1 and L2 support - Check and analyze transactions and logs, and device settlements - Support DR/drill activities from an application services standpoint - Ensure meeting all SLA requirements Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers - ITIL certification preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have knowledge in relational databases, Linux, UNIX, Java, and C. Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology will be an added advantage.
