AVP-IT INFRA & SECURITY OPERATIONS

Role Overview: As an AVP-IT Infra & Security Operations in Mumbai, you will be responsible for owning and managing teams, processes, and services related to infrastructure, security, and system support. Your role will involve supporting infrastructure, databases, systems, applications, and collaborating with technical teams for continuous system maintenance and issue resolution. You will also be accountable for providing Level 2/Level 3 production support, managing incident resolution within established SLAs, and updating application configurations to meet business requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning and executing timely housekeeping and infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure the health of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage teams, processes, and services in infrastructure, security, and system support - Act as the support lead for infrastructure, databases, systems, and applications, coordinating with technical teams for 24*7 system maintenance and issue closure - Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and ensure incident resolution within SLAs - Maintain and update application configurations, including user security, to align with business needs - Plan and execute timely housekeeping and infrastructure maintenance activities to support application health Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership with a focus on mission-critical systems in on-premises and cloud environments - Strong technical expertise in Cloud, DevOps, and Networking - Proven leadership experience in team management, process improvement, and budget management Additional Details: N/A,
