AVP-IT INFRA & SECURITY OPERATIONS

As an Assistant Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Security Operations based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for owning and managing teams, processes, and services related to infrastructure, security, and system support. You will serve as the key support lead for infrastructure, databases, systems, and applications, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure 24/7 system maintenance and timely issue resolution with root cause analysis. Your role will also involve providing Level 2/Level 3 production support and overseeing incident resolution within established SLAs. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining and updating application configurations, including user security, to align with business requirements. It will be your responsibility to plan and execute housekeeping and infrastructure maintenance activities to uphold application health. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, particularly in mission-critical systems both on-premises and in the cloud. You must demonstrate strong technical proficiency in areas such as Cloud computing, DevOps, and Networking, along with a track record of effective leadership in managing teams, processes, and budgets.,
