- Good Communication Skills and US Client working experience

- Expert in Excel VBA Macros, Power Query and TSQL

- Must be an expert and worked extensively on data analysis and business analysis

- Must have good communication and worked with client directly to support on L1, L2, L3

- Must have ownership skills and responsible to oversight all work streams from the front.

- Must be ready to work in shifts (Regular, Grey and Night) for US client in EST hours

- Good to have exposure in Azure Synapse monitoring and AI analysis

- Must have worked on some support tools like Connectwise or Jira or Service Now etc

- Good to have exposure to healthcare domain and SQL server concepts
