We’re Hiring: Production Support / DevOps Engineer

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize production environment performance
Define and implement
monitoring & alerting strategies
Handle incidents and continuously improve system stability
Deploy and support code in lower environments
Collaborate globally across tech hubs
Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, YAML, Groovy)
Ensure observability, scalability, and service reliability
Participate in
on-call rotation
(some off-hours required)

Must-Have Skills:

Linux
, Shell Scripting
ITIL / ITSM
knowledge
SQL & Application Troubleshooting
Monitoring Tools:
Splunk / Dynatrace
(Preferred)
Jenkins CI/CD (basic), Groovy/YAML scripting
