Production Support C o-ordinator - Trainee

Job Description

Experience: 0–1 Years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Technical background preferred)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Support Executive / Production Support Trainee to support Data I/O, Production Operations, File Management, and Workflow Coordination. Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn VFX production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming and outgoing data transfers using FTP, SFTP, Aspera, Media Shuttle, and similar platforms
• Support file organization, folder structuring, backups, and workflow documentation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of files, plates, references, and renders
• Update and maintain ShotGrid entries, notes, playlists, and client feedback
• Support editorial tasks including handling QuickTime files, DaVinci cuts, and shot extractions
• Assist with troubleshooting data transfer issues and escalating technical concerns
• Maintain data logs, delivery trackers, and ensure accurate version management

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Production Support / Data I/O (freshers welcome)
• Strong computer knowledge and technical aptitude (Linux/Windows)
• Familiarity with ShotGrid, DaVinci, FTP/SFTP/Aspera is an added advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shifts based on production needs
