Production Support Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Production Support Analyst to be a part of our team in Bangalore. As a Production Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a proactive support mindset by efficiently troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and adhering to SLAs. - Taking a proactive problem-solving approach in a production environment and communicating effectively. - Participating in on-call rotations and handling production emergencies efficiently. - Providing specific examples of past projects, challenges faced, and solutions implemented in real-world scenarios. - Focusing on showcasing proficiency in core areas, understanding the broader ecosystem, and being open to learning new technologies. The ideal candidate should have the following skill-specific requirements: - Python: Strong knowledge of basic syntax, data structures, and control flow. Proficiency in scripting, automation, and relevant libraries for data manipulation. - PySpark: Understanding of Spark architecture, ability to write efficient PySpark code, and experience with common Spark operations. - SQL: Expertise in complex SQL queries, data manipulation, and query optimization. - Snowflake: Experience with Snowflake architecture, writing efficient SQL queries, and performance optimization. - AWS: Familiarity with relevant AWS services, cloud-based data processing, and storage, along with an understanding of AWS security best practices.
