Production Support Analyst

As a Production Support Analyst, you will require a minimum of 3 years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience. This role involves working in a technical client-facing capacity within the mortgage industry. Proficiency in C# or other Microsoft development technologies, SQL knowledge/experience, and reviewing .NET code are essential skill sets. Your responsibilities will include working with the US/India team to learn and support the product, understanding client requirements, and triaging reported issues for quick resolutions. It is crucial to execute escalation protocols when necessary, be an individual contributor, and a team player. Adaptability and willingness to perform tasks beyond support duties are valued traits.
