Job Description

You are a highly skilled and proactive Production Support Analyst with a strong production support mindset, hands-on experience with data processing tools, and efficient issue resolution capabilities. You possess a solid understanding of data engineering technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS. Your contributions to the team's success are driven by effective communication, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise. In this role, you will provide proactive support by demonstrating experience in troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and adherence to SLAs. Your problem-solving approach is proactive, and you excel in communicating effectively in a production environment. Additionally, you will be part of on-call rotations and efficiently handle production emergencies. Your practical experience should showcase past projects and challenges faced, along with the strategies used to overcome them in real-world scenarios. Emphasize your proficiency in core areas, understanding of the broader ecosystem, and readiness to learn new technologies when necessary. Communication skills are crucial, and you should be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should also be adept at presenting problems, solutions, and strategies effectively. Your skill-specific requirements include: - Python: Strong knowledge of basic syntax, data structures, and control flow. Experience with scripting and automation is essential. Proficiency with relevant libraries for data manipulation, logging, or system interaction is expected. - PySpark: Understanding of Spark architecture, ability to write efficient code for data processing and analysis, experience with common operations, and knowledge of performance tuning techniques. - SQL: Expertise in complex SQL queries, data manipulation, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Snowflake: Experience with architecture, efficient SQL queries, data loading/unloading, and performance optimization. - AWS: Familiarity with relevant services, cloud-based data processing and storage, and security best practices. Qualifications for this role include experience in production support or a related field, a strong technical background in Python, PySpark, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS, troubleshooting skills, clear communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies. You should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Snowflake are critical for excelling in this role.,
