Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the

  production processes

  in the machine shop to ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
• Monitor

  machining quality

  and perform

  CMM inspections

  to maintain product accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Implement

  Kaizen

  and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage

  manpower handling

  , including scheduling, training, and supervising shop floor workers.
• Collaborate with the

  engineering and quality teams

  to resolve production and quality issues.
• Maintain detailed

  documentation

  of production activities, process changes, and quality inspections.
• Plan and coordinate

  daily production schedules

  to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
• Utilize knowledge of

  manufacturing processes

  and

  machine shop operations

  to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  production supervising

• Experience with

  CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

• Proficiency in

• Ability to drive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Previous experience in the

  auto components manufacturing industry

  is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of various

  vehicle categories

  and related manufacturing standards.
