Roles and Responsibilities Supervise machine operators to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Conduct quality control checks on machined parts using CMM and VMC machines. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (machine shop). Diploma/ITI degree in relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering). Strong understanding of CNC, VMC, machining process, machining quality, and CMM operations. Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret technical specifications. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for documentation purposes.
