1. Understanding the monthly/daily plan as per IMS and make sure targets are met.
2. Ensuring work practices such as CLC, Andon, PTAB etc. processes are being followed as per the documents and safety Requirement.
3. Ensuring Optimum resource utilization (Machine, Material and space) & continuous improvements (Kaizen, Poka yoke , Inventory control)
4. Publish the daily reports and highlight the areas of concern
5. Implement/track production activity, ensure that products meet quality standards as described into the work documents.
