Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of workflow coordination, quality control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of production staff
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
• Prepare and submit production reports to management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Train new employees and promote skill development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with production machinery and tools
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
• Diploma or degree in engineering in Mechanical / Electrical.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
