Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Production & Operations

Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of shift targets.
Operate, supervise, and troubleshoot plant equipment (reactors, mixers, dryers, centrifuges, pumps, etc.).
Ensure proper batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and packing activities.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth workflow.
Record and maintain production logbooks, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and shift reports.

2. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all production activities follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and company standards.
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure right raw material usage as per batch sheets.
Coordinate with QC for sample approval and ensure minimal deviations.

3. Safety & Environment

Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) norms in the plant.
Ensure workers use PPE and follow safe work practices.
Report unsafe conditions, near-miss incidents, equipment leakage, or breakdown.
Support compliance with ISO, GPCB, and statutory requirements.

4. Team Supervision

Allocate work to operators and helpers as per shift requirements.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift performance of the team.
Provide training on equipment handling, SOPs, and safety instructions.
Maintain shift handover and man-power planning.

5. Inventory & Documentation

Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Ensure timely material indents to avoid production delays.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits (internal/ external).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
