Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for Production Supervisor to assist our Production team of the Plastic Division.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan production schedule and fulfil dispatch targets
• Manager the team to optimize production efficiency
• Assist the Production Manager with planning and maintaining production data
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of Semi-Finished items
• Maintain discipline and 5S in the workplace
• Coordinate with other Departments including Purchase, Quality, Sales, etc.
• Apply tools of Lean Management including Line Balancing, to optimize the work-flow

About you:

• 3+ years' experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position
• Experience with in an Assembly production line is desired
• Experience in Data Management and ERP is preferred
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
