Job Description

As a highly reputed and well-established Bangalore based business house, our mission is to expand to the north-east region by venturing into Agarbatti & Dhoop products. We aim to create high-quality, eco-conscious incense products that combine traditional fragrance craftsmanship with modern branding and scalable operations to cater to the strong domestic demand with export potential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet market standards and ensure consistent product quality. - Monitor and control production costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce expenses. - Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers for raw materials such as bamboo, jigat, perfume oils, and packaging materials. - Build, train, and manage a high-performing production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance norms, including GST, MSME, and environmental regulations. - Oversee the management of raw materials and finished goods inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. - Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6+ years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Manufacturing & Distribution. - First preference given to candidates with Agarbatti/Incense industry experience across manufacturing, sourcing, fragrance, packaging, and distribution. Strong FMCG leaders from adjacent categories may also be considered. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
