Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of transformers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities in the transformer manufacturing plant. Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. Oversee the assembly, winding, varnishing, and testing processes of transformers. Maintain quality control standards and conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Manage and motivate production team members, including training and performance evaluations. Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and proper functioning. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
