Experience: Fresher to 2 year

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor operations, manage manpower, ensure smooth production workflow, maintain discipline, and meet production targets while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Plan, assign, and manage manpower as per production schedule.
• Ensure production targets are met with optimal machine and material utilization.
• Monitor machine operations including cycle time, downtime, breakdown reporting.
• Maintain and enforce shop-floor discipline and attendance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Stores, and Maintenance for production support.
• Read and execute work orders, drawings, and process instructions.
• Ensure product quality by following SOPs and inspection checkpoints.
• Implement 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Prepare and submit production and shift reports to management.
• Train operators on basic process understanding when required.

• Understanding of mechanical parts, machines, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate cross-functionally
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word (reporting purpose)
• Willing to learn and adapt to factory systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must be from Dindori or nearby region (local hiring preference)
• Mechanical background with interest in manufacturing/production
• Comfortable working on shop floor and in shift environment
• Quick learner with responsible attitude
• Internships, industrial training, or project exposure will be beneficial
