Job Description

- Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth functioning of plant processes as per production plan.
- Monitor equipment performance (furnaces, compressors, distillation units, vacuum distillation, crushers, etc.) and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, 5S practices, and quality standards during all shift operations.
- Lead and guide operators, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve production targets.
- Identify and resolve process issues using root-cause analysis and implement Kaizen/Lean practices for continuous improvement.
- Manage manpower, raw materials, and consumables to optimize utilization and reduce production losses.
- Prepare production, incident, and quality deviation reports, and ensure proper documentation for audits/ISO compliance.
- Drive safety awareness, team discipline, and professional working environment on the shop floor.
