Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations in our interior design and furniture manufacturing unit. The role involves supervising production teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining workflow efficiency, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Allocate work and monitor staff performance to meet deadlines.
Ensure high-quality finishing in furniture and interior works.
Review and execute technical drawings accurately.
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and manage inventory.
Enforce safety, quality, and company standards on the shop floor.
Report production progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Interior or related field.
3–6 years of experience in furniture/interior manufacturing supervision.
Strong knowledge of woodworking, joinery, and finishing processes.
Ability to read drawings and lead a production team effectively.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
