Production Supervisor role manages daily manufacturing operations by overseeing personnel, coordinating workflows, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and optimizing productivity. Their responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling and planning production runs, monitoring processes and equipment, resolving issues, and developing process improvements. They also maintain inventory levels, manage shift rosters, and prepare reports on performance.

Personnel management.

· Manage, motivate, and provide feedback to production staff.

· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct coaching and counselling.

· Manage shift rosters and allocate personnel to meet production needs.

Production and process oversight

· Direct the daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

· Monitor production processes and equipment for smooth and efficient operation.

· Identify and resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow.

· Implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Quality and safety

· Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and company standards.

· Monitor compliance with quality specifications and help investigate and resolve defects or shortages.

· Ensure the proper use of equipment and that safety protocols are followed by the team.

Planning and reporting

· Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand and production goals.

· Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate allocation of materials and equipment.

· Maintain and verify logbooks, and prepare and submit production reports.

Collaborate with departments like maintenance, planning, and supply chain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
