Sunlink Precast – Factory Production Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / ITI Civil or Mechanical
Experience: 3–5 years in concrete or precast production
Job Description:
Supervise and manage the factory team for daily production of precast and civil products. Must know batch mixing plant, concrete mix ratios, mould casting, and curing. Responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth dispatch.
Key Skills:
· Knowledge of batching plant & concrete production
· Team handling and manpower management
· Record keeping & coordination with dispatch team
· Awareness of safety and machine maintenance
Location: Sunlink Precast, Badnagar, Sehore
Salary: As per experience 15-20000
