Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Kurumbapalayam,Coimbatore
Reports To: Production Manager

Experience: Minimum 3

Qualification: BE, Diploma

Job Summary:

The Production Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining quality standards while managing a team of assembly workers

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employe es on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
