Plan & Execute Daily production for Glass Cutting, Lamination, Fabrication & Toughening.
Use Glass Optimization software to prepare effective cutting plans and minimize wastage.
Ensure Proper Machine Utilization, Basic Maintenance and Cleanliness of all glass machines.
Check Quality of Glass at each stage - Cutting, Lamination, Fabrication & Toughening.
Coordinate with Planning, Aluminum, Flush and Glazing team for timely supply of Glass.
Maintain Records of Production, Wastage, Rework, Breakdown and Downtime.
Implement and Follow safety Procedures for Glass Handling and Machines Operations.
Train Team Members on Process, Quality and Safety Requirements.
Escalate major breakdown, Quality Issues and Manpower Shortage to Management on Time.
Glass Cutting & Optimisation
Glass Lamination (EVA & PVB Etc.)
Glass Fabrication (Cut-Outs , Edge Work, Holes etc)
Glass Toughening Process
Experience in Handling Glass Cutting Tables, Lamination Line, Toughening Furnace & Fabrication Machines.
Good Understanding of Glass Types, Thickness, Defect and Quality Standards.
