Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gummidipoondi for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and managing production planning. Daily tasks include supervising production staff, coordinating production processes, and ensuring that quality standards are maintained. The role also involves effective communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Production Management
• Ability to manage Production Schedules and perform effective Production Planning
• Strong Communication skills to interact with team members and management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred
