The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising production staff, and ensuring production efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Roles & Responsibilities: Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives for respective sections. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing shift schedules. Supervise, monitor, and coach production floor workers. Ensure safe use of equipment and coordinate regular preventive maintenance. Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality specifications. Prepare and submit performance and progress reports. Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency. Train new employees on safe machinery operations and company procedures. Enforce strict compliance with safety guidelines, hygiene, and company standards. Maintain and update daily production reports and stock reports at the end of each shift. Candidate Profile: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in meat and seafood processing industry. Strong knowledge of production planning, supervising, and manpower handling. Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of food safety. Good communication and reporting skills.
