Production Supervisor

Fourfront Ltd is Specialized into electromechanical and electronics products. Catering to Automotive and Industrial segments as well as household appliances. Our Manufacturing Plant caters to Indian OEMs like TATA Motors, Force Motors, Ashok Leyland, TDK, Emerson, Marcopolo.

Role Description

• Ensure production activities as per daily production plan and meet delivery schedule by ensuring on time.
• Ensure production activities in the shop & proto shop as per prescribed standards & established quality norms.
• Plan & organize production activities in line with PPC plan, Availability of parts/components for subsequent processing.
• Maintain Product identification & tractability.
• Ensure work as per standard, drawing and implement corrective actions for any feedback.
• Coordinate with other related areas/functions to maintain on time deliveries to subsequent activity with specified quality norms.
• Monitor, ensure and improve the skill level of operators by way of better preparation and distribution of jobs or relevant training.
• Ensure proper utilization of man, materials, machine and stocktaking.
• Implementation of decided corrective actions.
• Line balancing and reshuffling of manpower for effective utilization of resources and improving upon Q, C, D.
• Identify and monitor implementation of new systems and technologies for continual improvement.
• To analyse and implement corrective actions for customer claims, internal and external defects.
• Establish implement & maintain the process needed for quality management systems.
• Prepare PCN
• To handle customer complaints, investigation of cause, identify problems and to initiate corrective actions. • Implement cost reduction project for continual improvement.
• Prepare, create and maintain documentation as per ISO, IMS, IATF certification and Customer Audits requirements

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Production Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Diploma/BE (Electronics / Electricals)
