Production supervisor for transformer manufacturing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor in transformer manufacturing located in Vadodara. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, develop and maintain production schedules, manage teams, and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring production processes, addressing operational challenges, and liaising with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and motivate production teams effectively
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Expertise in Production Management to oversee operations and meet deadlines
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality management systems in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the transformer manufacturing industry is an advantage
