Production Supervisor for Garment Factory (Knits)

• Supervise daily garment production activities on sewing lines.
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and work targets effectively.
• Ensure production output meets buyer timelines and delivery schedules.
• Monitor quality during production and reduce defects or rework.
• Balance lines to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
• Train operators in knit fabric handling and correct sewing methods.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and motivation of operators.
• Coordinate with Cutting, Merchandising, Quality, and Finishing teams.
• Track daily production reports and share updates with management.
• Implement lean practices to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant shop floor environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in operator performance and efficiency.

Pay: ₹8,431.85 - ₹65,182.09 per month
