Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, etc.).
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
Support in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines (ROC, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with clients for collecting required data, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in drafting replies to notices, assessments, and other regulatory queries.
Maintain proper documentation and working papers for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide support in management reporting, MIS preparation, and budgeting exercises.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or Semi-qualified CA/ICWA.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or working in a CA firm (preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and high integrity.

Compensation

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
