Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in core accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, along with solid understanding of TDS and GST compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, supporting statutory filings, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily accounting transactions using Tally Prime (mandatory).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable: invoice booking, vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and assistance in return filing.
• Manage GST-related work, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return support.
• Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS rules and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
