Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities, including rubber moulding and conveyor belt assembly processes.
Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of 10-15 production workers to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Implement quality control measures to meet company standards and customer specifications.
Track production metrics and report on output, efficiency, and downtime to management.
Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production procedures.
Collaborate with the inventory team to manage raw materials and finished goods.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Person with experience in Rubber Industry are prefered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
