Key Responsibilities: Production Supervisor
Operate and monitor SMC machines (moulding presses, mixing units, cutting stations, etc.).
Maintain proper setup and calibration of equipment for efficient and safe operations.
Follow production schedules and complete daily targets with minimal downtime.
Ensure raw materials (resin, glass fibers, fillers, etc.) are loaded and used as per the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Monitor curing time, temperature, pressure, and other parameters critical to SMC quality.
Conduct in-process checks to ensure product meets required specifications.
Report any deviations, defects, or machine malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain daily production and material usage records.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the production area (follow 5S and safety standards).
Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
Participate in continuous improvement and training programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering.
Experience: 1–4 years in a production role, preferably in SMC, compression molding, or composite manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of SMC process and materials.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and job cards.
Other Skills:
Good communication and teamwork.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.
Basic understanding of quality systems (ISO, TS, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
