Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Per Month)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in production supervision and a background in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are met as per plan.
• Maintain and improve production efficiency, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of mechanical processes and machines
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Machine like Drilling ,Grinding , Milling , CNC/VMC , Lathe Machine
